      Henry Wyatt Radford was listed in the first undergraduates of the Sydney University in 1852.

      In 1862, Henry is listed in the Commission of the Peace, based in Prichester, Rockhampton (meant to be Princhester) while John Robert Radford was listed for Rockhampton. By April of that year, Henry is to be Clerk-Assistant to the Legislative Assembly in the room of Mr HR Buttenshaw, resigned. In October of that year, Henry is elected as a member of the Acclimatisation Society along with Silvester Diggles.

      In 1881 Henry was appointed to the office of Clerk of Parliaments - the Legislative Council.
