    • When her husband died, his family left her with nothing. Her brother Jack O'Neill had to go around to the house to make them allow her to take her belongings. This is supported by numerous letters in the will documents for her husband.

      Was the housekeeper for Father Michael Quinn for many years - from the time Bernard died until her death. Alice died of breast cancer.

      In 1936, 1937, 1943 she is at Blackall in the RC Presbytery. In 1949 and 1954 she is at the Catholic Presbytery at Walkerston.
